Meet Your Facilitator // Aditi
Aditi is a Mindfulness Practitioner passionate about sharing the magic of stillness, frequency and connection to self. She loves the science behind sound healing and breathwork, having used these healing modalities on her own journey from burnout to deep connection to self. She is passionate about helping others with stress management, nervous system regulation and mental health. Aditi runs mindfulness events across Australia with a vision centred around creating safe spaces for like-minded people to connect, heal and grow. Aditi founded Find Your Bliss in Coolangatta in early 2024.

All living matter is energy vibrating at different rates and frequencies. By altering the vibration, we can change the structure of living matter.
Theta brain wave frequencies induce deep meditative and peaceful states, offering clarity of mind, relaxation, stress relief and heightened intuition.
