Spend 2 nourishing hours in rest and restorative yoga practice.

Schedule some rest into your week and intentionally make space for yourself with this deeply rejuvenating candle lit afternoon.

This session will begin by gently preparing your body to rest through accessible, slow movement and breathing practices suitable for all levels of experience, including those who have never practiced yoga before.

You will then be guided through a practice of restorative yoga where there will be no doing, instead you will be cradled, cushioned & supported by yoga props where you will rest for up to 15 minutes in each posture.

This session would suit anyone seeking deep rest in their lives as well as those experiencing stress, insomnia & fatigue including those managing chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), adrenal fatigue and postnatal depletion.

No experience is necessary and all bodies are welcome however spaces are limited.

What to bring:

A light blanket to cover yourself
Socks if your feet get cold
A water bottle
Comfortable clothing for resting in
A low cushion or bath towel

*Please note this session is accessed by stairs and the room will be dimly lit to reduce light stimulation.
