Sunday Sauna + Dip + Breath

SEA GALS X THE NEIGHBOURHOOD SAUNA X AFFINITY OF SOULS
Rotate freely between the lovely dry Finnish sauna with tea, a refreshing ocean dip, and breathwork with a group of supportive women for a wholesome Sunday morning activity.
What to bring: wear your bathers, 2 towels (one for sauna, one for ocean), a rug/towel to sit on, journal and pen (if you wish to journal at your leisure at the breath work station).

The Hillary's Beach Sauna is Communal. So that everyone has a good time and enjoys their Experience, there are just a few things you need to know.
Your health is your own responsibility. If you have any of the following please talk to your doctor before booking this session.
*Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure
*Heart Failure
*Unstable Angina
*Are taking any medication that will interfere with body temp regulation
*Are taking medication that makes you drowsy
*If you have any Covid 19 Symptoms or are unwell.
No anti-social behaviour will be tolerated. Please do not consume any alcohol or recreational drugs before or during your session. Please keep the talking in the sauna to a minimum and respect peoples choice of silence. Do not place water on the rocks unless all people agree in the session. A higher temperature can be obtained by sitting or swapping with someone that is on the higher benches.
Lastly....... please arrive early for your session and make yourself known to one of our lovely staff members.
