A time to cozy up and take care of you! We'll come together in community to practice the self-care that we know helps but is hard to make time for on our own.

I'll hold the space and lead us in a self-care flow with: a community check-in, seated stretching, guided relaxation, journaling, and some free-form self-care time. You can follow all the prompts or completely ignore me and use the time for whatever self-care means for you that day!

Sessions are on Zoom, cameras optional, humanness welcome, coziness highly encouraged. You don’t need anything special, just a journal or art supplies if you want to use them, and anything that will help you feel comfy. See you there! 💛 Carissa

All dates through Dec 2026 are listed here - sign up for as many as you want, and you can cancel for a full refund using the "manage order" button in your confirmation email.
