A deluxe 3 hour window of bliss @ Muse day spa and bath house 'w' Haitch!

The spa, sauna and pool part should be fairly self explanatory. It's lush and relaxing as ffff.....fresh mint.
Sound-healing, if you like to call it that or sound bath or sound journey, sound spa, etc...
It's over an hour of live digeridoo, sacred geometric based tuning forks, Native American flute, soulful soundscapes
and divine singing. A chance to stop, relax, lie down, accept the fact that there is nothing to do whilst experiencing
over 10 years of research into sound waves, humans, water, frequencies and good vibes. Feel free to check out

If you have been to the Wednesday evening community sessions @ Muse where up to 23 people gather on bean bags and experience sounds,
this is not like that...
Here we have limited numbers to 12, the perfect space for you to lie down, fully relax and feel the
sound waves of a live digeridoo.
Hence us calling it deluxe. Bliss out to the sounds of nature, fused with live wooden flutes. Release and
refresh with ancient mantras sung by a guy who loves what he does. Then after, you can take a swim or dip in a
spa, (also before). Go sweat out the tears in a sauna. This is you time. No judgement.
Hunger worries? FYI - Aunty Lunas Cafe is next door, so is Home Thai. Delicious snacks anyone...???
