Sunday sol session

Join Mon on the first Sunday of every month for a moment of stillness, meditation, journaling and connection 

PLEASE NOTE THE LATER START TIME NOW - 8:00am 

Start your day by INHALING...
the practice of slowing down, welcoming stillness and taking a nourishing breath for yourself before you start your day. This session is time devoted for you to reset, recharge and experience all the goodness, or what I like to say, lightness, within you. It is a time for you to pour into your own cup before you begin pouring into others. 

Sunday sol sessions provide you with the space and support to reconnect back to your light-hearted self through meditation, journaling and meaningful connection. 

This is an opportunity for you to go inwards, nourish your nervous system and bask in the bliss of the morning sun alongside other like-hearted sols.

What to bring:

• yoga mat/towel to sit on
• journal and pen
• comfortable clothing 
• an open mind, free of judgement 

Exact location: if you put Orleigh Park into maps, it will direct you to our exact location in the park. Left of Frog park. Plenty of free parking on Hill End Terrace.

For the cafe lovers: We'll be heading to Cordeaux post session for some laughs and quality chats :)
