This class is designed to gather & reset your energy heading into Spring. To release the negative impacts of stress & built up tension and to create a little space for you to align the body with healing support. Supported slow yoga postures to alleviate tension & stress within the body & mind.
We all quality forms of rest, to be able to slow down, to recharge our battery. We cannot pour from an empty cup.
