Sunday SoulRhythms is an invitation to step into the aliveness of your body and the revealing power of conscious dance. Through freeform movement, and with the support of an inspired soundscape, we explore the rhythms of the soul—moving with full presence and raw expression.

This journey is crafted to unveil our inner landscapes, guiding our movement into its most authentic form—whether it emerges as wild, untamed motion or soft, subtle exploration. Each step, sway, and moment of stillness becomes a doorway to deeper awareness, allowing us to feel, connect and expand into the infinite language of the body.

Come as you are. Move as you feel. Let the rhythm guide you HOME.

This special Mother’s Day edition is a tribute to the great mother—Mother Earth, the mothers who raised us, the mother within. We honor the nurturing, creative, and life-giving forces that flow through us all. This dance is an offering—of gratitude, of release, of deep connection to the roots that hold us and the wings that set us free.

No previous dance experience required, everyBody welcome.

Alcohol free, drug free and smoke free event. Turn mobile phones off, no photography and no Shazam please - Turn up and dance with us in presence - No talking on the dancefloor.

This event is an adult safe zone and not suitable for kids (16+) This is your time to process, recoup and resource the body, heart and mind so
you can turn up for your loved ones with a full cup. Cancellation policy: request a refund or ticket transfer to another event upto 24hrs before the event starts after which there are no refunds or transfers.

Facilitator: Patricia is a mother, dancer, yoga and meditation teacher. She has been practicing mindful movement and conscious dance for over 10 years. Together with her husband, Theva Indrasenan, they run Dancing Dhevas Conscious dance classes, workshops and retreats. Patricia is a certified Open Floor Teacher, Open Floor Movement practice offers a dynamic, creative tool kit of resources to move through life, fully embodied; it uses the universal language of dance and mindfulness for self discovery, connection and healing.

About Open Floor: Open Floor is a resource-based movement practice. We explore new ways of moving and responding to what is happening with intention and purpose. We learn to understand our habits and patterns for deeper insight and self-awareness. The more we embody different responses in our movements, the more resources we can call on to move through life with flexibility, resilience and ease.
