You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation as Emily plays a variety of instruments including gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, ocean drums and crystal singing bowls. Simply lay back, get cosy and allow the healing vibrations to wash over you. A Sound Bath will clear any stuck or stagnant energy from your biofield, so you can float into your evening and week ahead with your self-care cup full!

You are welcome to arrive early to browse the beautiful boutique store, make any purchases before 4pm and settle in before your sound journey. 

Please bring:

• Pillow
• Eye mask
• Blanket
• Water bottle

Mats are provided; however, you are welcome to bring your own or anything else for extra comfort.

Parking: There is plenty of free street parking on Vincent Street, just a two-minute walk from the store.

Tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations with a valid reason earlier than 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a ticket transfer to a future event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-transferable, but you may gift your ticket to a friend or sell it to someone else. You understand and agree to these terms and conditions by purchasing a ticket.
