What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a meditative like experience where your mind and body can relax, unwind and restore as it is “bathed” in harmonising sound waves that can align on a deep cellular level.

The pure tones and vibrations of crystal sound bowls and resonating instruments create an immersive sound and felt vibration that fills the room…

This connects with your mind and body on a cellular level and allows deep states of relaxation similar to meditation, REM sleep or craniosacral treatment.

Benefits can include:

• Deep relaxation

• Reduced stress and tension

• Freer movement

• Improved sleep and energy

• Emotional calm, mental clarity, creative insights

• Deep sense of peace
