Event description

Embark on a transformative sound meditation, unlocking inner peace and harmony. Immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of ancient instruments and soothing sounds. Experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation as the healing sounds guide you to a state of balance and well-being. Discover the profound benefits of sound healing.

Please note: Not suitable for 1st Trimester of pregnancy and those with Sound Induced epilepsy.

Date: Sunday 5th May 2024 (Frist sound meditation and reoccurring every Sunday) 

Location: Coolum Beach Uniting Church, 22 Elizabeth Street Coolum Beach   

Time: 4:30pm to 6:00pm                                                               

Cost: $35.00 per person or 2 tickets for $60.00 

What to bring: Water, mat, pillow, blanket, whatever you need to make yourself comfortable on the floor. 

There is toilets available and anyone is welcome to sit in a chair if you feel more comfortable.
