Sunday Sound Bath Session

Come and join Cherie for a 70-minute sound bath session where you will have the chance to ⁠rest, relax and reset your senses and soul as you are bathed in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls and Zaphir chimes.

You’ll be guided through a soundscape designed release tension within the body, to quiet the mind and create inner calm. This practice helps restore balance across physical, emotional and energetic levels. These sessions are open to all levels and is a safe space for you to simply be and reconnect to yourself.

Sound bath's have many benefits: lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and anxiety, calms the nervous system, clears energetic blockages, clears and balances the chakra's (the energy centres within our body), assists in improving sleep, promotes well-being and brings harmony to the mind, body and spirit.

You will leave feeling relaxed, revitalised and ready for a sound sleep in the evening.

About Sound Healing:
Sound Healing uses sound and vibrational frequencies to induce a meditative, healing state. By guiding participants into deep theta brainwaves, it promotes relaxation and addresses imbalances, which can help with stress, anxiety, sleep issues, and more. This holistic therapy works on the mind, body, and spirit to promote overall well-being.

Preparation:
Best to just eat a light meal beforehand and be well hydrated.

The Health Oasis 46 Browns Rd, Kingston TAS 7050 - upstairs in the studio

Street parking is available. Please do not park in the parking lots outside the building as these are reserved

What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water - anything else you may need to feel comfortable lying down for this session. (Limited Yoga mats & Bolsters are available)

Session Time:

2:30PM to 3:40AM

doors open at 2:15PM

Tickets are $25+a booking fee, and must be purchased before the session as unfortunately, no tickets will be sold at the door.

Please do not wear strong synthetic perfumes and phones must be on a non-vibrate or flight mode during session.

Cancellations:
Tickets will be eligible for a refund up to 7 days prior to the event.

Should the event be cancelled by Cherie within 7 days, a refund will be issued.
