STAC (Steve Newcomb - keyboards, and Isaac Cavallaro - drums) are back at Can You Keep A Secret on Sunday 17th MARCH for SUNDAY STAC! ... a highly improvised, cinematically powered, electronically saturated journey though a matrix of original songs and re-mixes.Their regular featured vocalist April Rawlins joins to bring reflective lyrics and haunting melodies to life, along with two of the finest instrumentalists on the scene in Carl Harvoe (trumpet) and Luke Cuerel (alto saxophone).
This is the Sunday session you’ve been waiting for!STAC is the musical duo of Australian piano/keyboardist Steve Newcomb and drummer Isaac Cavallaro. Known for their work across a plethora of genres and styles, STAC embraces their ongoing fascination with improvisation, live looping, electronics, and straight up cinematic-anthemic pop. They navigate the musical world of neo-soul and jazz that has been associated with artists such as Thundercat, Robert Glasper, and Tom Misch, while maintaining landscapes of Bon Iver, Sigur Ros, and Radiohead.
