Sunday Sunset Meditation

Located at one of the most beautiful places on the Perth coast to watch the sun set over the sea, you will experience a deep sense of peace and wellbeing as the waves of sound cleanse your mind, body and soul.

You will be treated to a:

• Guided mindful meditation to release stress and tension,
• Sound healing meditation with the ancient gong and crystal singing bowls, 
• Sunset reflection and wellbeing affirmations to keep the good vibes going.
