“The cure for anything is salt: sweat, tears or the sea.” - Karen Blixen

In the 5Rhythms tradition, sweat is sacred. It's a manifestation of our commitment to connect directly to Source. Let's meet on the dance floor and move our cathedral of bones to craft a common unity using the beat as our common ground. Let's forge community - one breath, one step, one dance, one class at a time.

All are welcome: all bodies, all levels of experience (bring your beginner's mind!), all faiths, all abilities, all genders, all sexual orientations, all melanin variations.

For this class on Nov 17 with me, please use the code welcomehome (one word) to attend for free.
