Sunday Unwind A joyful movement, breath and sound journey to close the Inverloch Equinox festival.
Description
Sunday Unwind
A joyful movement, breath and sound journey to close the Inverloch Equinox festival.
After a weekend of connection, inspiration and celebration, come and unwind with us.
We'll begin by shaking off the weekend through playful, uplifting movement, creating space to move, laugh, breathe and connect. From there, we'll gradually slow the pace through breathwork and meditation, turning our attention inward and allowing the body and mind to soften.
Then we'll settle into a deeply nourishing sound journey, where the sounds and vibrations of the instruments can carry you into a place of rest and stillness.
Held in a warm, connected space, this is a chance to let go of the weekend, receive, restore and simply be. All ages and experience levels are welcome, including teenagers. Come as you are and leave feeling lighter, softer and ready to ease into the week ahead.
Sunday 21st March | 11am–1pm
