Event description

Walk, journal & meditate with horses - Inverloch Equinox Festival

On the final day of the Inverloch Equinox Festival, join us for a most magical morning where we will journal, write letters, make gratitude wheels and above all, you will be introduced to the unforgettable experience of connection with horses.

Did you know that the horses choose you? Did you know that they go in a trance when the Tibetan bowl is rung? You will be led on a gorgeous journey where you get to create a beautiful ritual in the company of these majestic animals. Here in nature, language is not required and yet connection is deep. Bring a blanket or chair, we will have some on hand. Please check the weather conditions ahead of time and dress appropriately as you will be outdoors.

We request that upon arrival, we maintain a calm energy as we enter the paddocks. Art materials will be provided but if you have a special journal you would like to capture this moment, please bring it. Enjoy a warm cup of chai and a sweet treat. Waiver forms will be provided on arrival to sign when interacting with the horses. This is suitable for all ages, if bringing little ones, please ensure that you keep them close by. This is mostly a led practice but there is time to walk and practice your own rituals.

What a beautiful way to kick off the morning, why not stop at the Farm Gate before laving to grab some local artisanal and horse related goodies. And don't worry you will ample time to make your way to the Farmer's market in Inverloch. We are only 5 minutes away. This practice is a monthly event at Wattle Bank Farm  as part of the Inverloch Equinox Festival, we have extended a very special rate for this morning practice.
