    Join us for a special Sunday morning Yoga and Meditation.

    Style: Yin

    The class will be 75 minutes long, with approximately 60 minutes of Yoga and 15 minutes of Meditation.

    This class is suitable for those new to Yoga but also for those who are more experienced.

    It's a very relaxing and meditative class and you'll leave feeling a sense of peace and calm to carry into your day.

    Mats and Yoga Blocks are supplied.

    So just bring yourself and some water and maybe a towel.
