Sacred Zen Vibes – Sunday Sessions

Join us for a deeply nourishing and grounding weekly experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset.

Held every Sunday afternoon at Wyongah Progress Hall, this 90-minute session is a gentle yet powerful journey through meditation, yin yoga, and sound healing.

We begin with a guided meditation to settle the mind and bring awareness into the body, allowing you to arrive fully into the space. From there, we move into a gentle yin yoga practice, holding 5–8 poses to slowly open the body, release tension, and create space both physically and emotionally.

As the body softens, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain stick, and drum. The vibrations of sound help to calm the nervous system and support deeper relaxation and energetic balance.

We close with gentle grounding, allowing you to integrate the experience and leave feeling centred, calm, and reset.
