A light-hearted fun 2hour recovery session designed to optimize your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Sip - Sip in some oxygen, reset your nervous system, gain clarity and control over your health with guided functional breathwork

Drip - Drip out your stress, boost your circulation and detox the body with the newest state of the art communal traditional sauna experience

Dip - Dip into the ice-cold waters ranging 6-15degrees to cultivate inner energy, strength, resilience and reduce any inflammation that is present in the physical body

Drink - Drinks are on us. Connect with the community whilst enjoying a nice warm cuppa afterwards.

WHAT TO BRING

To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring the following as there are no hire options on the day.

Yoga mat or blanket to lay on
Blanket or throw rug if you have a tendency to get cold
Swimmers/Swimsuit & towel *Note - There are none for hire on the day
Pillow or cushion for your head or knees (optional)
Water bottle and journal/Pen and Paper (optional)
