-----ABOUT THE EVENT-----

ART THERAPY with Susi Langdon

In this workshop, you will be gently guided through artmaking activities in a welcoming and non judgemental environment. Over the course of the 1.5 hours together, you will have the opportunity to use a variety of art materials to explore and connect to your "Inner Worlds". You will be encouraged to reflect on your internal landscape with curiosity and compassion, with an invitation to share any reflections with the group. This art therapy workshop is designed to provide a space for people to bring play, creativity and curiosity in their weekend. Art materials , tea and coffee will be provided for you, and no previous artmaking experience is required at all!

    - A bottle of water
    - Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty

    ABOUT THE COACH

    Susi is an artist and art therapist living and working on Wurundjuri land. She has over five years of experience facilitating art therapy in a variety of settings, from private hospitals to refuges.  Susi strives to create a warm, compassionate environment where people can explore and express themselves and their experiences through art making. She draws on neuro affirming, strengths based and trauma informed frameworks and has a strong interest in interpersonal neurobiology.
