Daniel and Laken are bringing you every Sunday morning an experience to slow down, create inner stillness, deepen your connection to self and find your tribe with a community of like-minded humans.
We guide you through a gentle shift, expansive, powerful yet easy journey for anyone to join through breathwork, meditation, modalities & connection.
Finish off the week in flow, grounded & feeling fresh.
