Sundo - the Art of Breathing - 7 Days of Online Breathing Meditation Retreat

Sundo (Kouksundo, Bakdolbup) is an ancient Korean breathing meditation method aiming to access and utilize universal life energy through a technique called Danjeon-breathing. Its practice features deep abdominal breathing along with sequential postures complimented by warming up and winding up somatic workouts.

This class aims to:
- Establish a solid routine of deep abdominal energy breathing practice,
- Develop a strong and flexible physical and mental foundation for continuous spiritual growth, and
- Learn a practical and effective way of meditation.

This year-end online retreat is led by a lifelong practitioner and a certified Sundo master, a semi-retired attorney from NY, who meditates and practices Sundo at his place in Sedona, AZ.

- Day 2 (Nov. 16), Introduction to the Sundo Warm-up workouts inducing full relaxation and clear awareness

- Day 3 (Nov. 23), Introduction to the Sequence of Movements, the Art of Breathing Flow

- Day 4 (Nov. 30), Introduction to Wind-up Workouts for the flow of energy

- Day 5 (Dec. 7), Sundo – The Art of Breathing Flow, Beginner Set 1

- Day 6 (Dec. 14), Sundo – The Art of Breathing Flow, Beginner Set 2
