Join us for The Sundown Soirée, an exclusive New Year’s Eve celebration nestled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

As the sun sets over our 30-acre estate, you’ll be welcomed with a sparkling arrival drink before being seated for an unforgettable four-course shared menu crafted by our ēthos culinary team.
From freshly shucked oysters to house-made delicacies and local seasonal produce, every dish is designed to celebrate connection, community, and the beauty of the season.
