A restorative experience to slow down, reconnect, and realign. Step into a space of radiant calm as we embrace the peak of summer with intention. Sunkissed Stillness is designed to help you soften into presence, release the weight of overstimulation, and replenish your inner well. We’ll guide you through breathing exercises, grounding exercises, and a deeply immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, and chimes - all set to golden hour vibes.

After the Sound Bath: The experience continues with a gentle reflection ritual. Bring a journal and pen - or use our complimentary reflection hand-outs. You’re invited to sit in stillness or meaningful conversation while enjoying a complimentary array of herbal teas, curated to nourish body and soul.

Symbolic Gift: Each participant will receive a crystal stone that embodies vitality, clarity, and summer joy.
