[The not for profit & entirely volunteer committee led] Sunlit Sounds Fest is back from 2pm to 8:30pm 3/9/2022!
Bands are:

The Casio Powered
S>C>R>A>P>S (aka Laura Hill)
The Far Outs (Brisbane)
Dumb Things
The 'payphone text' Lackadaisies (Marnie, Grace and Nathan)
Go to sunlit sounds on 'spotify' for a sample of the music for this year. DJ's 'Subculture Brisbane' are playon tunes in between sets .
Transport : - Catch a 385 from the CBD and cross Enoggera Creek at the back of The Gap Village shopping centre. Othewise walk with your tribe or segway or skate into the gig - how cool!
**Please be sweet to our neighbours and avoid parking in Kernel Street near the school oval unless you are accessing the disabled parking in the cul de sac.
Food and drink: - No BYO, grab a picnic blanket and enjoy the many food trucks (crepes, waffles, coffee, german sausages, calamari + more on offer) and the P&C bar has Stone and Wood beer + wine. All bar $ go to School P & C. Kids U12 free!

Sunlit Sounds founded by Suzie Parker and Roger Wills 2017 with reference to the 'striped sunlight sound' noted by Robert Forster and Andrew Stafford's book "Pig City". Get a copy.
