20 min of Breathwork with Vee (Connect, reset, relax!)

+ Coffee & Chats (Meet new friends and connect with our community!!)

💛 Never tried Pilates or Breathwork? No worries, this class is beginner friendly and open to everyone, you just need to show up!

This event is donation-based so you can support us with whatever you can/feel like at check out<3
