A feel-good morning filled with Pilates, Breathwork, Connection, + Matcha served by Nurtur Tea!

🤸‍♀️ Move, breathe, sip, and connect with an amazing group of women — it’s all about feeling good and recharging together!

✨What to expect:

• 30 mins of Mat Pilates with Alexis — to get your energy flowing!
• 20 mins of Breathwork with Vee — connect, reset, and relax!
• Flow & Connect — activities guided by us to help you make new friends!
(We promise, no awkward "tell us about yourself" questions!)

+ Matcha — enjoy a Nutur Tea matcha and chat with new friends!

💛 New to Pilates or Breathwork? No worries — this class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone. Just show up as you are!

✨ This event is perfect for you if you:
• Love movement, mindfulness, or trying something new
• Want to meet like-minded women in a relaxed, welcoming space
• Are craving a little "me time" to recharge
• Have been curious about Pilates or Breathwork (no experience needed!)

At Friends Who Flow, we’re all about connection, community, and feeling good in your body and mind. We create welcoming spaces where women can show up exactly as they are, connect with others, and leave feeling lighter and more inspired!

Please bring: a mat/towel and a water bottle.

Class starts at 8:00 AM — please arrive 10 minutes early for parking.

The event address will be sent via email after you purchase your ticket.

⚡️ Spots are limited — we keep these events small and cozy so everyone has a great experience. Book your spot early to avoid missing out!

Cancellation policy:
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable up to 24 hours before the event if you can no longer attend. Just email us at friendswhoflow@gmail.com to update your ticket.
