Enjoy a weekend of blissful acro partner yoga together with several other amazing heart opening experiences, set on a beautiful bushland retreat less than 2 hours north of Sydney, at Ourimbah. 

Come join us for acro partner yoga lessons, and participate in the Acro-pose-athon challenge, enjoy the DJs and live acoustic music, fire performances, drumming, and a nightly bonfire. Couples, friends, singles - all are welcome…

Arrive on Friday afternoon/evening and get your camp set up ready for an amazing weekend making new friends, doing acro partner yoga classes, interesting acro challenges, acro games, and wellbeing activities such as: giving and receiving Zen-Thai Shiatsu bodywork treatments, and a nature based art as healing experience - ‘soul’ purpose where we will make sacred art. 

Something new - we have decided to use this event to raise awareness and funds for a local No-for-Profit - Camp Breakaway. We are running the very first “Acro-pose-athon” where we all help to raise money doing what we love. 

Brunch and dinner is provided on both Saturday and Sunday, and we ask that everyone brings their own snack food and a plate or two of share food for the potluck food table. 

Fire performances by some truly magical performers each evening as well as DJ’s and live acoustic jam sessions, so we will be dressing up and getting down on the dance floor. 

While some will need to leave Sunday afternoon/evening, you may choose to stay on until 9am on Monday morning when the event will close after our Monday Sunrise Acro session and final breakfast together.

Acro-Pose-Athon

This is an opportunity for us to come together as a community and raise money for Camp Breakaway to help disadvantaged youth, while doing something we all love. Each participant shall seek sponsorship from their individual networks for a certain dollar amount for each pose successfully completed. We will have 50 poses to choose from and we will provide instruction and assistance to help you safely execute each one. Participants will be photographed doing each pose to show their sponsors.

For those who can’t make the whole weekend you are welcome to attend on Sunday only to participate in the Acro-pose-athon.

• maiki-jane, co-founder of ‘the sage caravan’, is the creator and facilitator of the ‘soul’ purpose – taliesin staff experience, is a multidisciplinary wellbeing practitioner with a background in community development, social and emotional wellbeing, shamanism, nature connection (animism), and sacred arts. she walks beside people, supporting transitions and witnessing their transformations. she believes that we are each our own healer and provides opportunities for people to discover their inherent wisdom, sense of connection, unique expression, inspiration, and healing.
  
  the ‘soul’ purpose – taliesin staff  experience, is an odyssey into the landscape of the soul to discover our innate wisdom and applying this sense of knowing as a guide on our life path, by connecting with intention to nature as a mirror and integrating the experience through the creation of a taliesin staff which then becomes a witness to our journey.

• Fiery Fantasy - Feeling chilly? Bring your warm drink and cuddle up to the fire show. Fiery fantasy will dazzle and amaze you as they mischievously manipulate a multitude of magnificent props such as dragon staff, poi, fans, and hula hoop. Stay to the end and you may even see these fiery fairies tuck in on their favourite treat...fresh flames.

Facilities, Food & Camping

Your ticket also includes a substantial brunch and dinner each day as well as camping fees.
Bring your own tent or van to sleep in.  

Hot showers and composting toilets on-site. 

Bring everything else you will need and please take everything (including your own rubbish) away with you when you leave.  (a suggested packing list will be provided on purchase of ticket)

Rules

• 18+ event - no kids at this event please. 
• Intoxicated or anti-social attendees may be asked to leave. 
• All attendees must leave by 9am Monday morning. 
• You must take your rubbish with you.
• No pets allowed.
