Hi there, my name is Daniel Gaitau, as the founder of Manava Breathwork I would like to extend a warm welcome to our community.

On April 20th we invite you to join us for a beautiful morning of connection, cacao and mindfulness as we welcome in the new day.

Whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to mindful practices, this session is designed to welcome everyone.

Our Sunrise Breath Sessions are designed to create space for you to ground and connect with both yourself and the community while experiencing the power of your breath, welcoming the sunrise and making new connections.

You will be guided through a light morning activation breath work session, giving your body the opportunity to receive, slow and regulate your nervous system allowing you to show up in the best way possible for a beautiful day ahead, guided by the rhythm of your breath and ceremonial cacao to open your heart.

LOCATION : Dairy Farmers Hill Lookout, National Arboretum.

Drive all the way up the road passing the main building on your left. Continue driving up until you reach Dairy Farmers Hill Lookout carpark.

TIME: 6.20am - 7.30am APRIL 20th

PLEASE BRING:

•Picnic rug and blanket to sit & lie on

•Comfortable WARM CLOTHING

•Water

Exchange $5.00 + Booking fee - CHILDREN ARE FREE and welcome.

We ask that if you bring children to position yourself towards the back of the group.
