MāNAVA Sunrise Breath Session - Gold Coast

On May 5th Lauren and I invite you to join us for a beautiful sunrise together as we stop into the Gold Coast for a weekend full of love and deep connection. While here on the Gold Coast for the weekend, it is our honour to create a space for us all to connect and experience the medicine of what our breath provides.

Our Pasifika culture is beautiful. It has taught me to love my family unconditionally, give selflessly to those in need and welcome all to sit at my table. I am grateful for all these lessons. But what we don't promote in our beautiful culture, is self care, self love and vulnerability. This sunrise breath session provides a beautiful opportunity to embrace and share in all three of these together.

What to expect:

During this sunrise session you will be guided through a light morning activation breathwork session, giving your body the opportunity to receive, slow and connect to the stillness within that we all crave.
It an opportunity to share a beautiful sunrise together while being guided by the rhythm of your breath.

When following ancient breathing patterns, we are able activate a nervous system in our body called the Parasympathetic nervous system. This nervous system is in charge of all our involuntary body functions like digestion and breathing. When activated we are able to step out of our 'fight or flight' state and enter a state of 'rest and digest' allowing our bodies the opportunity to simply rest and recover. A rest that TV or a day off can not provide). In this state is where we have access to our bodies true medicine - stillnes, presence, love and intuition.

While following the beautiful rhythm of your breath (mānava) we will provide our nervous system the opportunity to reset, leaving you to feel energised and rejuvenated for what will be a beautiful day ahead filled with love, gratitude and connection.

PLEASE BRING:

•Towel to sit on and blanket

•Comfortable warm clothing

•Water

•Swim wear if you wish you add to your experience
