A 60-minute sunrise vinyasa class incorporating flowing stretch, balance, strength, power, flexibility, and a deeply restorative savasana to close. Expect a silent and slow start with golden, blissful moments and increasing movement throughout ✨

Beginners are warmly welcomed. This combo class ticks all the boxes—physical and mental benefits woven together for the perfect balance of ‘work’ and rest.

What to Bring:

• BYO yoga mat, water bottle and eye pillow

• A picnic rug is helpful if you prefer not to place your mat directly on the grass

• If you typically use a bolster, blocks, blanket or cushion, please bring those too

• Rid and light-coloured clothing is recommended for this class

Time: 5:15am–6:15am

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can begin on time and without interruption.

Location:

Bucasia Esplanade — opposite the Beachfront Café, to the left of the War Memorial near the main beach entrance. We will be practicing on the grassed area.

The morning is a sacred time of day—quiet, peaceful and full of promise. Our day starts untouched by the world and chaos. The morning belongs to us.
