An immersive experience combining gentle guided breathing, layered sound, music and relaxation techniques to help quiet the mental noise and guide the body toward a calmer, more restful state.

While you rest, I’ll move through the space offering

Reiki and Spinal Energetics:

a gentle, non-invasive energetic practices intended to encourage relaxation, body awareness and a sense unwinding of the nervous system and reconnection back to self.

Simply come, lie down and receive the transmissions into calmness.
