Join us on Saturday, July 12th for a Sunrise Hike and Breathwork with Ice Cold Club.
Imagine starting your day with a breathtaking sunrise hike in West Hudson, NY, surrounded by nature’s serene beauty and the crisp morning air. After conquering the scenic trails as the sun paints the sky in warm hues, we’ll drop in for a guided breathwork session led by our friends at Ice Cold Club—designed to reset your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, energized, and clear.

Bring your hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them), pack water and a sandwich, invite some friends, and get ready to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll start and end this adventure at The Standard High Line.

EVENT DETAILS:

• 4:00 AM - Meet up

• 4:30 AM - Depart NYC

• 5:40 AM - Arrive at trailhead // Hike

• 6:30 AM - Sunrise

• 7:30 AM - Depart back to The Standard

• 9:00 AM - RETURN
