Join us for our community sunrise meditation and swim in Jervis Bay. This event is open to everyone – no experience needed!

Park near 55 Ilfracombe Ave and walk down the entrance to Collingwood Beach (less than 1min) You’ll see Zoe to the left.

We will enjoy a 20 min meditation together, watch the sunrise, enjoy a dip in the ocean (optional) and have time for tea, chats and a slow start to the day.

For those who have learnt Vedic Meditation we will keep time. For those who have yet to learn, you can sit quietly, listen to the waves or enjoy any other silent practice you may have.

BYO chair, dress warm and bring your swimming gear if you’re keen for a dip!
