Join us every Friday 6:30am for a gentle sunrise movement and meditation practice on the beach at Cotton Tree. Suitable for all levels, this class will involve aspects of yoga and functional movement, breathwork, and finishing with a short meditation. Hosted by TKC Founder, Nate.

As usual, all of The Kindness Collective classes are hosted on a donation basis. Contributions are always appreciated to assist our hosts and help us run more events, though if you don't have the means then we would still love for you to come along :)

The meeting point is Beach Access 143 on the beach in front of the large carpark at the northern end of Alexandra Parade.
