It’s a time to set your intentions for the week and release any unwanted tension and worry!
Through this verbally guided relaxation session you will be reminded of the importance of taking care of your health and wellbeing with a focus on stress reduction and developing a positive mindset. With an ever changing and busy environment surrounding us, taking time to reset not only relaxes the body, it improves the minds ability to cope with Stress and Anxiety, something I am extremely passionate about.
We will appreciate the beauty of the sunrise, join likeminded individuals and relish in the power of healing vibrational and frequency music.
When you arrive you will be provided your own wireless headset and asked to lie down or sit (your choice).
Next, all you need to do is breathe and allow me to guide you. Simple right? No thinking and nothing to worry about!
Bring anything to make yourself comfortable.
Something to lay on…
Blanket (recommend as we lay either in the grass or beach and if windy we still go ahead - Mother Nature in all forms is healing )
Pillow for you head or under your knees
Chair if you don’t want to sit or lay on the ground
