Sunrise Session with Natasha Turner and Penny Westman.
We invite you along to Refined Recovery and Wellness for a morning of breathwork | yoga flow | meditation | ice baths | saunas | tea | connection | community.

Our session will start in the upstairs event space, guided by Natasha through a breath (Pranayama) practice followed by an all levels, gentle yoga flow.
Penny will then share with you a Vedantic Meditation practice. Once our space has been set through inward practice with our Self we will then have the opportunity to utilise what Refined Recovery has to offer; Contrast (hot & cold) Magnesium pools & sauna. The facilities at Refined Recovery are specifically designed to create community and connection, you will have this opportunity with complementary tea afterward too.

Through breath we become optimal, our vitality increases, our clarity.
As our bodies gently move and open we’re able to release pockets of tension, stagnation. We open a natural flow within us that connects us to our own rhythm. When we meditate we invite balance & awareness of the Self. Creating this connection amongst a community is unity. Contrast therapy (magnesium pools & sauna) both heals and creates a resilience within our nervous system, we become elevated and free.
