UNTAMED... a Sunrise Sisterhood experience.

Sunrise Sisterhood is beyond excited to team up with one of our favourite studios on the Coast, Active Flow Pilates, Peregian Springs, and one of their favourite instructors, Nicole Cargakis, known all over the Coast for her raw, embodied, and powerful approach to movement.

UNTAMED – Embodied Sculpt is a reclamation.
A powerful fusion of light body strength training and somatic awareness, this session invites you to move with intention, with curiosity, and with courage.

It’s where you uncage yourself from the noise that tells you how to be, look, or feel, especially as a woman.
It’s a space where each breath becomes a soft rebellion and every rep becomes a ritual of remembering who you really are.

You’ll sweat a little, You’ll soften. You’ll reconnect.
Not to shrink yourself, but to take up space, wildly, fully, and unapologetically.

Event Details:

🗓️ Saturday 2nd August, 6:30am - 7:30am, Coolum Main Beach

What to Expect:

Please arrive between 6:10, 6:15am to allow plenty of time to park and settle in. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted with a warm hug from one of our team, handed your headset, and invited to find a comfy spot in our circle.

We begin at 6:30am sharp, but if you're running a little behind due to parking, don't stress, one of us will be there to welcome you with open arms.

After our session, we’ll take a quick photo together (optional, of course), wrap things up, and then head across the road for coffee and connection at one of our local favourites. We’d love you to stay and join us.

What to Bring:

Yoga Mat, Towel, and Water. Togs if you'd love to jump in the ocean afterwards.

What to Wear:

We invite you to come as your raw, real, untamed self, whatever that looks like for you. Throw on your favourite animal print, or wear whatever makes you feel bold, wild, and free (as long as you can move comfortably ) This is your permission slip to show up fully expressed, unapologetically YOU.

Because this event isn’t about looking a certain way…
It’s about feeling into your power and letting your wild take the lead. 🐆✨
