On Saturday 4th October, join us on the sand for a Sunrise Beach Pilates + Silent Disco with the incredible Angela Van Toorn from Wildfire Fitness 🔥

This is going to be a morning of movement, connection, and pure joy: Pilates on the beach, music in your ears, and the kind of vibes that stay with you for days. 💛

🥤 Jodi from Pip & Sip, We are so excited to be teaming up with the creator of Pip & Sip , a local biz serving up the most delicious iced coffees + matcha teas (aka the perfect spring refresher after Pilates!). Cost $6 to $7 each - All Plant Based.

The best part? You won’t need to rush off anywhere afterwards.

We’ll grab a Pip, sit right on the beach, sip, chat, and soak up the sunshine together.

• This is a child and dog-free event, so you can fully focus on you.
