Currimundi Lake Sunrise Sessions

Step into a magical morning every 2nd Wednesday and last Saturday with Sunrise Sisterhood at Currimundi Lake

📍 Location Details: 1/1 Watson Street, Currimundi Lake - Head to the beach on the same side as Thrills Espresso Cafe and Sunset Bar - On the beach, Beach Access 254 Currimundi

Each session, a dedicated facilitator will guide you through a unique and transformative session, featuring yoga, pilates, meditation, breath-work, qigong, dance, body workouts, and more. With silent sound headsets, we keep the noise down and the experience completely immersive and serene.

This isn’t just a fitness class, it’s a space to connect, collaborate, and co-create with like-minded women on the Sunshine Coast. Here, you can express yourself freely, recharge, or simply just BE.

🌟 Important Details:

Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour our instructors and those heading to work after the session.
We start promptly on time.
Bring along:
- A towel and/or yoga mat (please note mats may get sandy, so consider bringing one that’s okay for outdoor use)
- A water bottle
- Swimmers if you’d like to take a refreshing dip afterward
- Rug up, it is very FRESH in the mornings.

☕ Coffee and Connection:
After each session, join us for a coffee and catch-up at a nearby café. Take the time to connect and share the morning’s energy.

☔ Wet Weather Plan:
In the event of rain or bad weather, our session will be held indoors at the Wind & Sea Community Clubhouse.

Please note: As we now have a wet weather backup location, refunds will not be issued due to weather changes. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you there, rain or shine! 🌦️✨

Additionally, by attending, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the event staff prior to the session.
