More than a class, its a sunrise gathering you need to feel to understand.

Step onto the sand and experience something truly different, where movement meets sunrise and connection meets soul. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and start again.

We are so excited to officially welcome Sunrise Sisterhood to Hervey Bay, a heart-led offering created to bring women together through movement, breath, connection, and community as the sun rises over the ocean.

Join us at Hervey Bay Sailing Club, 429A Esplanade, Torquay Beach arrive at 5:30am for a 5:45am start, with sunrise unfolding soon after.

If booking the SUNSET session, for Saturday 18th April, all the details are the same, other than the start and finish times. Please arrive at 4:45pm for a 5:00pm start, with sunset taking shape as we move through the session.

These special gatherings mark the beginning of something beautiful, a space for women to come together, move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and each other. It’s laughter, presence, and shared moments as the morning begins.

To keep this gathering intimate and deeply connected, tickets for this session are limited.

🌊 What to Expect

Our Hervey Bay session will be lovingly facilitated by Pauline Wheadon, guiding us through gentle movement and soft yoga, creating space for connection, joy, and laughter as we welcome the day together.

Each session, one of our incredible facilitators will guide you through a unique sunrise experience, drawing from a variety of practices such as yoga, pilates, meditation, dance, breathwork, fitness, and more.
(Every session is different, offering something fresh and nourishing for body, mind, and soul.)

🎧 With our Silent Sound Headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in your own peaceful bubble, music, guidance, and energy delivered straight to your ears. No noise. No distractions. Just you, the ocean, and the moment.

🌟 Location & What to Bring

📍Location, Torquay Beach, Wide Bay Esplanade, Hervey Bay

Note: In the event of wet weather, you will be notified of the alternative venue by email.

You’ll find us gathered on the sand near the pier, nearest the Hervey Bay Sailing Club. Look for the Sunrise Sisterhood flags, easy to spot and perfectly positioned for sunrise.

Bring along:
🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)
💧 A water bottle
👙 Swimmers for a refreshing post-session ocean dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stay for a cuppa and chats with your sisters at a nearby café.
It’s the perfect way to carry the sunrise energy into your day and connect off the sand.

🙏 A Gentle Ask

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the space and your facilitator.
Sessions start right on time.
This is a child-free and dog-free event, your moment to fully fill your own cup.
