🌅 Sunrise Sisterhood Mini & Me, Family Event 🌸

This one isn’t just for mums or women, it’s for the whole family (AGE 5+) 💛

Join us on the sand for a morning of connection, movement, and play. Think:
✨ Fun family games
✨ Partner yoga
✨ Movement to get everyone smiling
✨ Silent disco dance party by the ocean 🎶🌊

It’s a beautiful way to spend quality time together, create memories, and connect, not just with your loved ones, but with our wider community too.

💡 What to bring:

• Towel or yoga mat

• Togs/swimmers if you want to enjoy a dip after 🌊

• Water bottle to stay hydrated

• Hat for sun protection

• And of course, your favourite people 💛

🌟 Location & What to Bring:

• 📍 Main Beach, Coolum

  (Tickle Park Car Park – Head down the main stairs near the skate park) head North.

• A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)

• A water bottle

• Swimmers (if you’d love a post-session ocean dip)

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stick around for a cuppa and chats with everyone on the beach, while we swim and the kids play. It’s the perfect way to keep the connection flowing.

🙏 A Gentle Ask

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour our space and your facilitator.

• Sessions begin promptly on time.
