We’re making waves ..... and you’re invited! 🏄‍♀️✨

We’re so excited to be collaborating with two of our favourite women-led groups on the Sunshine Coast Tegan and Mon from Noosa Salty Sisters and the gorgeous Angie from Sisterhood of Surf - for one BIG beautiful morning of movement, mindfulness & surf-inspired fun!

Together, we’re all about empowering women through connection, movement, mindset, and learning to nourish your body in ways that feel GOOD.

💛 We’ll begin just before sunrise with a grounding meditation & yoga flow with our very own Tamlyn M Rose.

💪 Then the gorgeous and fun Angie from Sisterhood of Surf will lead us through a fun, energising surf-specific workout, perfect whether you're a total beginner or a wave-loving regular!

If you already surf and want to feel stronger, more confident, and connected… OR
If you’re craving joy, sisterhood and sunshine
This morning is for YOU.

Followed by an optional surf, coffee, and connection on the beach.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat,
Water Bottle
Surf Board (optional if you'd like to surf afterwards),
togs and towel and
A reusable coffee mug to help the environment.

6am - 7:15am: Yoga, Meditation w. Tamlyn Rose , and our Fun Surf Workout w. Angie.

7:15- 8am: Surf (optional) and Coffee and Connection.
