🌅 Sunrise Sisterhood Rainbow Beach Sessions

Welcome to your morning dose of magic, where movement meets sunrise and connection meets soul.

Join us on the sand at Rainbow Beach 5:15am, for a morning of movement, breath, and community.

Each week, one of our incredible facilitators will guide you through a unique sunrise experience, drawing from a variety of practices such as yoga, pilates, meditation, dance, breathwork, fitness, and more.
(Every session is different, offering something fresh and nourishing for body, mind, and soul.)

🎧 With our Silent Sound Headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in your own peaceful bubble, music, guidance, and energy delivered straight to your ears. No noise. No distractions. Just you, the ocean, and the moment.

🌟 Location & What to Bring

📍Location, Griffin Esplanade, Rainbow Beach

Note: In the event of wet weather, you will be notified of the alternative venue by email.

Where to Find Us Our Sunrise Sisterhood gatherings take place on the main Rainbow Beach foreshore, near the Surf Life Saving Tower.

Exact spot: To the left of the lifesavers tower, on the sand closest to the last entry point from the car park on the same side. You’ll also see our Sunrise Sisterhood flags set up nearby to help guide you to the right place - it’s easy to find, peaceful, and perfectly placed for sunrise.

Bring along:
🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)
💧 A water bottle
👙 Swimmers for a refreshing post-session ocean dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stay for a cuppa and chats with your sisters at a nearby café.
It’s the perfect way to carry the sunrise energy into your day and connect off the sand.

🙏 A Gentle Ask

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the space and your facilitator.
Sessions start right on time.
This is a child-free and dog-free event , your moment to fully fill your own cup.
