Join us on the sand at Redcliffe Beachfront for a powerful morning of movement, breath, and sisterhood designed to help you reconnect with yourself before the world wakes up.

Every session is a unique experience led by a featured facilitator, blending practices such as yoga, pilates, breath work, meditation, gentle fitness, or mindful movement — no two mornings are ever the same. Each gathering is created to nourish your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.

This is more than a workout. This is where everyday women, come together to create a welcoming & loving community.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

🌅 Sunrise Movement & Breathwork
A 60-minute guided session designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and ground you in the present moment. All levels welcome — this is about connection, not performance. While enjoying the sea breeze and sun rising in front of you.

🤍 Connection + Community
Stay after to connect with like-minded women, engage with our women led partnering businesses attending on the day and soak in the post-sunrise energy with a coffee or matcha drink.

🌿 Wellness Pop-Ups
We’ll be joined by a carefully selected female-led wellness brand, service or mentor who is aligned with our values of empowerment, self-acceptance, and community. The partnering business will be different each month - Offering our Sunrise Sisters something special.

Exact meeting point shared after booking.

Please bring:

• Yoga mat or towel (beach friendly)

• Water bottle

• Optional swimmers for a post-session ocean dip

After we move together, we stay together.
You’re invited to join us for coffee and chats nearby; because real connection happens in the moments after the session too.

⏰ Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can settle in, receive your headset, and honour the space and facilitator. Sessions begin on time.

These gatherings are intentionally women-only spaces created so you can fully fill your own cup, reconnect inward, and be supported in a safe, judgement-free environment.
