Step into a magical morning every Thursday at 5:30 am with Sunrise Sisterhood at Coolum Beach.
Each week, a dedicated facilitator guides us through a transformative session, featuring yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork, qigong, dance, and more.
This FREE gathering is designed to unite women on the Sunshine Coast, fostering connection, collaboration, and co-creation. Here, you can express yourself freely or simply just BE.
PLEASE NOTE that if it is raining or bad weather we relocate the event to Peregian Beach Surf Club. Please keep an eye out on the Facebook Group every Wednesday for location change.
