On Saturday 1st November, we’re teaming up again with the amazing Ang from Wildfire Fitness 🔥 to bring you another EPIC Mixed Group Fitness Session, and this one’s for everyone!

Yep, the hubbies, brothers, friends… they’re all welcome!
This one’s also family-friendly, so the kids can run wild on the sand while you move, sweat, and laugh your way through the morning.

Expect good tunes, good vibes, and that signature Sunrise Sisterhood energy that leaves you feeling alive and buzzing for the weekend. ⚡

📍 Coolum Beach
⏰ 5:30am start

🌟 Location & What to Bring:

📍 Main Beach, Coolum (Tickle Park Car Park – Head down the main stairs near the skate park) head North.
A towel or yoga mat (beach-friendly)
A water bottle
Swimmers (if you’d love a post-session ocean dip)

☕ Coffee & Connection

After the session, stick around for a cuppa and chats with your sisters at a local café. It’s the perfect way to keep the connection flowing.

🙏 A Gentle Ask

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour our space and your facilitator.
Sessions begin promptly on time.
This is a dog-free event, so you can fully focus on you.
