This October is Mental Health Month, join us with Amelia from Roxby Fit for a free Sunrise Stretch in Richardson Place Town Square.

Gentle stretching is a chance to release tension, slow down and notice how you're feeling. Paired with fresh air and a moment of connection, it's a lovely way to make space for your mental and emotional wellbeing.

All ages are welcome, just bring a mat or towel.

Afterwards, stay for complimentary herbal tea at Dunes cafe and a chat.

Come along, bring a friend and start your morning with a little time for you.

If you want to move your body more after the stretch, Roxby Stride Club will be departing from the town square afterwards for their walk / run. Finishing back at the Dunes cafe.

Win the morning, win the day!
