This beautiful 4 day experience is designed to peel back layers of self in a safe nurturing environment, self-development embraces the past and learn tools to forgive not only for yourself but to also let go of past hurt, embracing all sides of self. With saying this you might be needing to let go of past hurt you will still be learning from parts of the module, there is plenty of amazing activities throughout the days you will love, from the breath + ice, to the uluru base walk, the mystery event, movement and many more hidden experiences the red earth has to offer.
Waiver and Release
It is each participant’s responsibility to look after their own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. We are not medical practitioners. Harmonise the Breath and the other parties involved in the facilitation of this event take no responsibility for injury you may sustain as a result of participating in this Retreat. By booking retreat / workshops you accept the following waiver:
‘I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any medical conditions such as, but not being limited to those contraindicated above, that I must advise the facilitator/s. I certify that I have consulted a health professional regarding any condition physical, mental or emotional that could interfere with my judgment, or affect my health in any way during or after any and all session(s). I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting my health care provider or doctor in case I have or suspect to be suffering from a health problem. I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation and hereby waive and release Harmonise The Breath and the other parties involved in the facilitation of this event from any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to my participation in any workshop, program or sessions. It is with this understanding that I voluntarily accept this waiver.’
